These terms are an agreement between you and Emoji Explorer (“we”, “us”). By downloading or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to play Emoji Explorer for your own enjoyment.

We may suspend or remove access, or remove content and accounts, that breach these terms.
In-game currencies and items (gold, gems, chests, collectibles) have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and are non-refundable except where required by law or by the app store’s rules. Purchases of gems are consumable and are handled by Apple; refund requests are subject to Apple’s policies.
The game offers optional rewarded ads. Watching an ad is always your choice; rewards for watching are provided at our discretion and may change.
We may add, change, or remove features, items, and content at any time, and may update or discontinue the game.
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the game.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
