Emoji Explorer (“we”, “us”, the “game”) is a single-player and social mobile game. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the game.
Your progress — gold, gems, heroes, collections, levels and settings — is stored on your own device. We do not need an account for you to play.
If you use Friends or Clans, we create an anonymous account identified by a random device token. We store only a one-way hash of that token, never the token itself. Alongside it we store the username you choose and a public profile: your avatar, level, star count, and the gameplay stats you choose to share with clanmates. Clan chat messages you send are stored so we can deliver them to your clan.
If you buy gems, purchases are processed through Apple and through RevenueCat, our in-app purchase provider. RevenueCat receives your purchase details and device identifiers solely to validate the receipt and deliver your gems. We never see or store your payment card details — Apple handles payment.
The game offers optional rewarded ads: you may choose to watch a short video ad in exchange for a reward such as energy or gems. Ads are never forced on you. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may use your device’s advertising identifier to show and measure ads.
On first launch, iOS asks whether you allow tracking (the App Tracking Transparency prompt). If you decline, you still receive rewarded ads — they are simply non-personalised — and you can still watch them for rewards.
We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, or any sensitive personal data. Apart from Google AdMob, we do not use analytics or tracking SDKs.
Emoji Explorer is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. It offers in-app purchases, optional ads, and clan chat, and is not designed for use by young children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We keep your social account data for as long as your account is active. You can wipe everything on your device at any time from Settings → Reset account. To request deletion of your social account and any stored username, profile, and chat data, email us at emojiexplorergame@gmail.com and we will action it.

We may update this policy as the game evolves. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, note it in the app.
